Livinguard has developed a textile treatment that it says will destroy more than 99 percent of coronavirus pathogens on masks and wipes. The Zug-based company not only produces masks but also supplies fabrics to be used in N-95 masks. Founder Sanjeev Swamy, who is seeking U.S. approval for emergency use of the product, hopes to distribute 50 million to 100 million treated masks in 2020.
