9. Governing Law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Switzerland without reference to its conflicts of law rules.
The courts of the canton of Vad (Switzerland) shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms of Use.
