Trump meeting kindles hope of trade deal with Swiss
U.S. President Donald Trump met with Swiss President Simonetta Sommaruga Tuesday on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos. Teigland: Digitalization a huge chance for women to contribute to GDP
The WEF’s Global Gender Gap Report for 2020 shows that gender parity will not be reached in our lifetime, making it clear that progress is not happening fast enough. But Julie Teigland, EMEIA area managing partner at EY, paints a more positive picture. “More women are participating in the economy, just not at the same level as men,” she says. “And that’s where we need to focus.”
