Promoting gender diversity and inclusion is still very much a female profession, say WE/MEN founders Pirmin Meyer and Nadine Jürgensen. Formed last year, the initiative wants to engage more men in ensuring an equal voice for women in public discourse, on podiums and in the media. Many men in Switzerland still find it “very scary” to call themselves a feminist, says Juergensen. “But there are role models for men as well where they can break out in this country.”
