As schools reopen after a two-month lockdown, some cantons are opting for full-time classes, while others are applying an alternate schedule to reduce the number of students onsite. At the CO Drize School in Geneva, cleaning crews have been doubled, and some areas remain closed to prevent gatherings. Most students in the canton have returned to class but there are a few holdouts, says spokesman Pierre-Antoine Preti. “Some families are still really afraid of coming back.”
